It all began in 2006 when I had not long set up the practice Tranquillity Holistic health care in Sheffield Uk.
When a lady came to visit me. Speaking with the lady on the telephone it was clear she was trying to sell or recruit me in some way.
However, there was one or perhaps two words she mentioned in our conversation which made my ears perk up and that was Aloe vera.
So I went ahead and arranged a meeting.
That's right because what this lady didn't realise was. I was a self proclaimed expert on the benefits and uses of Aloe vera.
After intensive research I discovered the company do not only supply Aloe Vera drinks but also beauty care & supplements for your general health & well-being, and for your pets too...
I grew the plant my self and had used it for my family for 10 or so years prior to the ladies visit on that day.
You would always find lots of strong healthy plants on my window-sill and today it truly is no different.
So, back to the ladies visit, it was clear she was trying to convince me of the benefits which she didn't need to.

Add boiling water and brew 3-5 minutes before removing tea bag.
