This is the most important and that is to do a massive clear out bag or box everything you no longer need and find a charity who would appreciate what you can give

 

Step two 

Now you will start to feel better by the clear out 

It is time to physically clean and mend your home, office or any area you have chosen to focus on. 

Perhaps a touch of paint here and there can make a difference

 

Step three

Now your physical space has been cleaned 

By the way don't forget the windows 

They need to be cleaned as part of the spring clean 

Symbolic of looking out into the new season and drawing in new fresh beginnings.

Open the windows to bring in the fresh air, that can circulate the air in the home, that may have become stagnant over the winter months

Then you could smudge your home, office or space you are focusing on 

 

A word about smudging 

Smudging is a way to energetically cleanse a space or for cleansing specific objects, to allow positive or neutral energy in. 

 

Regular smudging can improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety. Inducing a sense of well being

 

When smudging a space, you burn plant material. The smoke fills and purifies the environment.
