Return / Refund Policy
Faulty or Wrong Goods Received
If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone (+44 0116 2711154) or email. We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may or may not ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.
Wrong Quantity Received
Please let us know in a timely manner if the quantity received does not match your order and the delivery note / invoice. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items.
Change of Heart
If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund the original price you paid for the item. In this case we will not refund the postage.
